Senior Transportation
Our service sites are the residence at Congregational Tower, Harvest Ridge, Towne Centre Manor and Summercrest Senior Living Apartments.
In addition to serving Sharp Birch Patrick Skilled Nursing Facility, which are mostly wheelchair patients.
We provide free transportation to the Sharp Barnhart Cancer Center along with UC San Diego Oncology in Chula Vista. Service to the general public includes dialysis patients.
Eligibility
- Senior (60 years or older), OR
- Be a disabled person
